We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Attorney Network: We share document-related information with licensed attorneys in your state who review your estate planning documents. These attorneys are bound by professional ethical obligations and confidentiality requirements.

  • Service Providers: We work with carefully vetted third-party service providers who assist with payment processing, cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, and customer support. All service providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
  • White-Label Partners: If you access DynastyOS through a financial professional’s white-label implementation, that professional may have access to information related to your engagement with their practice. This is governed by the partner’s own privacy policy in addition to ours.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental regulation, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have.

4. Data Security

We take the security of your personal information extremely seriously. Estate planning involves some of the most sensitive data a family can share, and we protect it with institutional-grade security measures:

AES-256 Encryption

All personal data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 encryption — the same standard used by the U.S. Department of Defense and major financial institutions. Your documents and sensitive information are never stored in plaintext.

SOC 2 Type II Compliance

Our platform undergoes annual third-party SOC 2 Type II audits, verifying our security controls, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy practices meet institutional standards.

TLS 1.3 Transport Security

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is protected by TLS 1.3 encryption, ensuring that information cannot be intercepted or tampered with during transmission.

Access Controls

We implement role-based access controls (RBAC), multi-factor authentication, and the principle of least privilege to ensure that only authorized personnel can access your information, and only to the extent necessary.

Continuous Monitoring

Our infrastructure is monitored 24/7 for security threats, unauthorized access attempts, and anomalous activity. We maintain comprehensive audit logs of all system access and data operations.

Data Backups

Your data is backed up with encrypted, geographically redundant storage to ensure availability and disaster recovery. Backups are tested regularly and are subject to the same security controls as primary data.

While we implement industry-leading security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to promptly addressing any security incident and notifying affected users in accordance with applicable law.
