Important Disclosures
Transparency is a core value at Williams Legacy Group. This page explains exactly what we do, what we do not do, and how our services work. No fine print. No hidden terms.
Important Disclosures
Williams Legacy Group, LLC ("WLG," "we," "us," or "our") operates the DynastyOS platform at dynastyos.ai. These disclosures are provided to help you understand the nature and scope of our services. We encourage you to read them carefully before using our platform.
Effective Date: February 1, 2026
By using DynastyOS, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these disclosures. If you have questions about any of the information below, please contact us.
Attorney Review Process
DynastyOS uses artificial intelligence, including our 100-Mind Quantum Synthesis system, to generate trust documents based on the information you provide. Every document generated by our AI system is reviewed by a licensed attorney in your state before it is delivered to you.
What This Means
- ✓ Our AI generates your trust documents based on your responses to our guided questionnaire.
- ✓ A licensed attorney in your state reviews every document for legal accuracy, state-specific compliance, and completeness.
- ✓ The reviewing attorney may request additional information or suggest modifications to ensure your documents meet legal standards.
What This Does Not Mean
- × No attorney-client relationship is formed between you and the reviewing attorney, or between you and Williams Legacy Group, through the use of our platform. The attorney review is a quality assurance measure, not legal representation.
- × We do not provide legal advice. Our platform provides legal document preparation services. If you require legal advice about your specific situation, we recommend consulting with an independent attorney.
- × The reviewing attorney does not represent you in court or in any legal proceeding. Their role is limited to reviewing the documents generated by our platform for accuracy and compliance.
If your estate planning needs are complex or involve litigation, tax controversy, or contested matters, we strongly recommend engaging independent legal counsel in addition to using our platform.
Trust Funding Services
Our Trust Funding Concierge service helps you transfer assets into your trust after it has been created. This is a critical step that many estate planning platforms omit entirely. An unfunded trust does not protect your assets.
Scope of Trust Funding Services
- ✓ We provide guidance on which assets should be retitled into your trust and the process for doing so.
- ✓ We prepare transfer documents and retitling instructions for financial institutions, title companies, and government agencies.
- ✓ We track the status of each asset transfer and notify you of completion or any issues requiring your attention.
- ✓ We provide beneficiary designation review and update recommendations.
Limitations
- × We do not execute financial transactions on your behalf. We provide the instructions, documents, and guidance; you (or your financial institution) execute the actual transfers.
- × We do not have access to your financial accounts. We never request login credentials for your bank, brokerage, or other financial accounts.
- × Third-party institutions may have their own requirements for processing trust transfers. Processing times and fees are determined by those institutions, not by Williams Legacy Group.
- × Certain assets may require additional legal steps (such as real estate transfers requiring deed preparation and recording) that are handled through our attorney network at additional cost.
Pricing Transparency
We believe you should know exactly what you are paying for before you pay for it. Our pricing is published on our Pricing page and includes clear descriptions of what is included in each plan.
- ✓ No hidden fees. The price listed for each plan is the price you pay. There are no setup fees, platform fees, or surprise charges.
- ✓ Additional services are clearly priced. If your plan requires add-on services (such as real estate deed transfers, additional trust amendments, or advanced trust structures), these are quoted separately before you authorize them.
- ✓ Subscription plans may be canceled at any time. If you cancel, you retain access to all documents created during your subscription period. Ongoing administration and monitoring services cease upon cancellation.
- ✓ Third-party costs are your responsibility. Government filing fees, recording fees, notary fees, and fees charged by your financial institutions for processing trust transfers are not included in our pricing.
Accuracy of Information
The quality of your trust documents depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Williams Legacy Group relies on the information you enter into our platform to generate your documents.
- ✓ You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information about your assets, beneficiaries, and estate planning goals.
- ✓ You should review all documents carefully before signing or executing them.
- ✓ If your circumstances change after your documents are created (marriage, divorce, birth, death, significant asset changes), you should update your trust accordingly. Plans with ongoing administration include annual reviews for this purpose.
Williams Legacy Group is not responsible for errors in documents that result from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by you.
Third-Party Services
DynastyOS integrates with and may refer you to third-party services as part of our platform. These include but are not limited to:
- ✓ Attorney network: Licensed attorneys in our review network are independent contractors, not employees of Williams Legacy Group. Their review is conducted pursuant to our quality standards, but they maintain their own professional independence and liability.
- ✓ Financial institutions: Banks, brokerages, and title companies referenced in the trust funding process are independent entities. We do not control their policies, fees, or processing times.
- ✓ Payment processing: Payment transactions are processed by third-party payment providers. Your payment information is handled directly by these providers and is not stored on our servers.
- ✓ Cloud infrastructure: Our platform is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. Please refer to our Security page for details on our infrastructure and data protection practices.
Williams Legacy Group is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of third-party service providers. Each third-party provider has its own terms of service and privacy policy, which govern your use of their services.
Affiliate Relationships
DynastyOS partners with financial professionals, attorneys, CPAs, insurance professionals, and other advisors through our Partner Platform. These partners may refer clients to DynastyOS or offer DynastyOS services under their own brand (white-label).
- ✓ Partners may receive compensation for referring clients to our platform. This compensation does not increase the price you pay for our services.
- ✓ If you access DynastyOS through a partner's white-label offering, you are still subject to these disclosures, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
- ✓ The quality of documents and attorney review is identical regardless of whether you access DynastyOS directly or through a partner.
Testimonials & Reviews
Testimonials and reviews displayed on our website reflect the personal experiences of individual clients and partners. They are not guarantees of specific results.
- ✓ Individual results vary based on the complexity of your estate, the type of trust selected, and the assets involved.
- ✓ Revenue figures cited by partners reflect their specific client base, marketing efforts, and practice size. Your results as a partner may be higher or lower.
- ✓ Some testimonials may have been provided in exchange for a discount or complimentary service. When this occurs, it is disclosed alongside the testimonial.
- ✓ Testimonials may be edited for grammar, length, or clarity, but the substance and meaning are never altered.
Investment Advice Disclaimer
Williams Legacy Group does not provide investment advice. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing on this website or within the DynastyOS platform should be interpreted as investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell securities, or a solicitation of investment activity.
- × We do not recommend specific investments, asset allocations, or financial products.

Insurance Products Disclaimer
Williams Legacy Group does not sell, solicit, or underwrite insurance products. We are not a licensed insurance agency, broker, or carrier.
- × We do not sell life insurance, long-term care insurance, annuities, or any other insurance product.
- × If our platform identifies that an insurance product may complement your estate plan (for example, a life insurance trust), this is informational only and does not constitute a recommendation or solicitation.
- × Some of our partners may be licensed insurance professionals. Any insurance products offered by partners are offered through their own licenses and are not endorsed, underwritten, or guaranteed by Williams Legacy Group.
If you need insurance products, please consult a licensed insurance professional in your state.
State-Specific Variations
Estate planning laws vary significantly from state to state. DynastyOS accounts for these variations by maintaining state-specific templates and ensuring attorney review by attorneys licensed in your state. However, you should be aware of the following:
- ✓ Community property vs. common law states: The way assets are treated in a trust may differ depending on whether you reside in a community property state (Arizona, California, Idaho, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin) or a common law state.
- ✓ State estate and inheritance taxes: Some states impose their own estate or inheritance taxes with thresholds different from federal limits. Our platform identifies these variations, but specific tax advice should come from a qualified tax professional.
- ✓ Witness and notarization requirements: Requirements for executing trust documents vary by state. We provide state-specific execution instructions with every document package.
- ✓ Dynasty trust jurisdictions: Not all states permit perpetual dynasty trusts. DynastyOS identifies the most favorable jurisdictions based on your goals and circumstances.
If you own property in multiple states, your estate plan may need to address the laws of each state where you hold real property. Our platform is designed to accommodate multi-state planning, but complex multi-state situations may require additional consultation.
Document Acceptance Guarantee
DynastyOS documents are backed by our Document Acceptance Guarantee. If any financial institution, title company, or government agency refuses to accept a document produced by DynastyOS due to a deficiency in the document itself, we will revise the document at no additional cost.
This guarantee does not cover rejections due to: (a) incorrect information provided by you, (b) changes in law after document creation, (c) institutional policies unrelated to document quality, or (d) documents that were modified by you or a third party after delivery.
For full terms of our Document Acceptance Guarantee, please refer to our Terms of Service.
