Rico founded Williams Legacy Group after witnessing firsthand how the estate planning industry fails the families who need it most. His vision: combine artificial intelligence with attorney oversight to deliver institutional-grade trust creation, funding, and administration at a price every family can afford. DynastyOS is the realization of that vision — an operating system for generational wealth that serves families and the professionals who advise them.
Rico brings a unique perspective shaped by deep expertise in AI systems architecture, financial services, and real estate. His approach is simple: build the platform you wish existed, then open it to the world.

Trust & Fiduciary Operations
Oversees all trust creation, attorney review workflows, and fiduciary compliance across all 50 states. Responsible for maintaining the quality and legal integrity of every document produced by the DynastyOS platform, and managing relationships with our nationwide attorney network.
VP of Technology
Platform & AI Engineering
Leads platform architecture, the 100-Mind Quantum Synthesis AI engine, security infrastructure, and the Xavier Security Architecture. Responsible for SOC 2 Type II compliance, AES-256 encryption implementation, and ensuring the platform delivers institutional-grade reliability.
Head of Partner Success
Partner Growth & Enablement
Manages the DynastyOS partner ecosystem, including onboarding, certification programs, white-label implementations, and ongoing revenue optimization. Ensures every partner — from solo financial advisors to enterprise firms — has the tools and training to succeed.
General Counsel
Legal & Regulatory Affairs
Responsible for regulatory compliance, professional scope governance, and corporate legal strategy. Ensures DynastyOS operates within all applicable legal frameworks while protecting the interests of families, partners, and the company.
