Getting Started
DynastyOS is the operating system for generational wealth. It is an AI-powered estate planning platform that enables financial advisors, attorneys, insurance professionals, and CPAs to offer comprehensive trust creation and estate planning services to their existing clients — without becoming estate planning experts themselves.
The platform combines 100-mind quantum AI synthesis with licensed attorney supervision to produce state-specific, attorney-reviewed trust documents in as little as 72 hours. Partners earn recurring revenue by facilitating estate planning engagements through the platform, while DynastyOS handles document generation, attorney review, and compliance.
DynastyOS is built for licensed professionals who already serve clients with wealth protection needs but do not currently offer estate planning. Our four primary partner profiles are:
- Financial Advisors (RIA/IAR) — You manage investments. Now protect them with properly funded trusts.
- Insurance Professionals — You sell life insurance and annuities that often fund trusts. Complete the estate planning conversation.
- Attorneys — If your practice does not focus on estate planning, DynastyOS gives you turnkey trust drafting backed by specialized attorney review.
- CPAs — You see your clients' full financial picture every year. Address the estate planning gaps you already identify.
No estate planning license or certification is required. DynastyOS provides a comprehensive onboarding program:
- Partner Compliance Training (online, approximately 2 hours) — Covers your role, compliance requirements, state-specific rules, and the client intake process
- Platform Training (online, approximately 1 hour) — Hands-on walkthrough of the partner portal, intake questionnaire, and client management dashboard
- Sales Enablement Kit — Scripts, objection handling, email templates, and marketing materials approved for your use
- Ongoing Support — Dedicated partner success manager, monthly webinars, and a private partner community
You must score 80% or higher on the compliance assessment before facilitating your first client engagement.
DynastyOS offers 12+ trust structures, more than any online competitor: Revocable Living Trust (RLT), Irrevocable Trust (IRT), Grantor Retained Annuity Trust (GRAT), Spousal Lifetime Access Trust (SLAT), Intentionally Defective Grantor Trust (IDGT), Qualified Personal Residence Trust (QPRT), Charitable Remainder Trust (CRT), Charitable Lead Trust (CLT), Irrevocable Life Insurance Trust (ILIT), Dynasty Trust, Minor's Trust (2503(c)), and Special Needs Trust (SNT).
Each trust includes ancillary documents: pour-over will, power of attorney, healthcare directive, certificate of trust, declaration of trust, and trust funding checklist.
DynastyOS is fundamentally different in five ways: (1) Attorney review is included on every document, not an add-on. (2) Trust funding assistance with automated guidance — no competitor offers this. (3) 12+ advanced trust types including GRAT, SLAT, and IDGT. (4) White-label branding for partners. (5) 100-mind AI synthesis with 50-state compliance, not template-based documents.
Additionally, DynastyOS validates every titled asset before document delivery. 70% of trusts on other platforms fail because they are never funded. DynastyOS solves this with trust funding concierge.
Revenue & Pricing
Revenue depends on your tier and volume. Starter tier earns $250 per completed trust, Professional earns $350, and Enterprise earns $500. With just 5 trusts per month at the Professional tier, that is $1,750 in commission. At 15 trusts per month, $5,250. At 50 trusts with the 20% volume bonus, over $21,000 per month.
Year 1 projection at Professional tier (ramping from 5 to 15 trusts/month): $60,000 to $180,000+ in additional gross revenue. Commissions are paid monthly on the 15th. No clawbacks on completed trusts.
DynastyOS uses a straightforward per-trust commission model with no hidden deductions. Starter: $299/month + $250 per trust. Professional: $599/month + $350 per trust. Enterprise: $999/month + $500 per trust.
Volume bonuses (all tiers): 10+ trusts in a month: 10% bonus. 25+ trusts: 15% bonus. 50+ trusts: 20% bonus plus a dedicated attorney liaison.
Example (Professional tier, 12 trusts): Base $4,200 + 10% volume bonus $420 = $4,620 total commission. Less $599 platform fee = $4,021 net revenue.
DynastyOS stands behind its work with a clear refund policy: Full refund before intake is completed. 75% refund after intake but before attorney review. 50% refund after attorney review but before delivery. Case-by-case after delivery — if the document contains a material error attributable to DynastyOS, we correct it at no charge or issue a full refund.
Partners are never financially penalized for client-initiated refunds. DynastyOS absorbs the cost. If a commission was already paid on a subsequently refunded engagement, it is deducted from the next month's payout — never clawed back from a prior payment.
DynastyOS provides a complete go-to-market playbook. Step 1: Identify candidates from your client list (homeowners, parents, clients with life insurance over $100K, business owners, clients approaching retirement). Step 2: Introduce the service via email campaign (8-12% response rate), in-meeting mention (15-25% interest), or educational webinar (20-30% interest). Step 3: Facilitate intake and DynastyOS handles everything else.
For a partner with 200 existing clients, a single email campaign typically generates 6-10 completed trusts in the first 60 days.
Phase 1: Foundation (Months 1-3, target 5-10 trusts/month) — Mine your existing client base, master the intake process, identify your most responsive client segment.
Phase 2: Expansion (Months 4-8, target 10-25 trusts/month) — Launch referral partnerships with complementary professionals, begin outbound marketing, host monthly educational events, upgrade to Professional or Enterprise tier.
Phase 3: Scale (Months 9-12+, target 25-50+ trusts/month) — Hire a dedicated estate planning coordinator, build a referral network of 5-10 professionals, implement API integration with your CRM, explore geographic expansion.
Time per trust decreases from 45-60 minutes (learning) to 15-20 minutes (systematized) as you scale.
Starter: Month-to-month, 30-day notice, no early cancellation fee. Professional: 6-month commitment, early cancellation at 50% of remaining months, 30-day notice. Enterprise: 12-month commitment, early cancellation at 50% of remaining months, 60-day notice.
When you cancel: your clients' trusts remain valid and enforceable. Outstanding commissions for completed trusts are paid. Portal access remains for 90 days for record retrieval. Former partners can reactivate within 12 months without repeating compliance training.
Compliance
Your legal exposure is minimal when you follow the DynastyOS Partner Compliance Framework. You do not draft documents — DynastyOS generates them. You do not provide legal advice — you facilitate the intake process. DynastyOS carries $5M in E&O insurance covering platform errors. Supervising attorneys carry $2M/$5M malpractice insurance. DynastyOS indemnifies you against claims arising from platform defects, attorney review errors, and DynastyOS-produced marketing materials.
Your exposure is limited to your own professional conduct: accurately facilitating intake, using required disclaimers, and operating within your licensed scope. For full details, see the Partner Compliance Framework.
DynastyOS classifies every state into one of three regulatory categories:
- Category A (Permissive) — States like California, Florida, Texas, Arizona, and Nevada allow non-attorney document preparation with proper disclosure.
- Category B (Supervised) — States like Georgia, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Ohio require attorney supervision. DynastyOS assigns a state-barred supervising attorney automatically.
- Category C (Restrictive) — States like New York, Illinois, and New Jersey. Partners are limited to referral activity only. All substantive interaction is handled by the DynastyOS attorney network.
During onboarding, you receive your state-specific compliance guide. Classifications are updated quarterly.
DynastyOS requires all partners to maintain professional liability (E&O) insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. Your policy should cover errors and omissions in professional services, negligent referrals, defense costs, and regulatory proceedings.
Before you start, confirm with your carrier that referral fee activities are not excluded, use of third-party technology platforms is covered, and estate planning referrals are within your policy scope. Most professionals already carry adequate coverage. Typical incremental cost for a rider: $200-$800 per year.
What you can do: Use DynastyOS-provided marketing templates, create your own materials subject to compliance approval, reference your partnership, and run paid advertising with approved copy.
What you must include: Required disclaimers in all materials, disclosure that you are an independent partner (not a law firm), notation that documents are attorney-reviewed, and state-specific service availability disclaimers.
What you must NOT do: Claim you draft or create legal documents, guarantee outcomes, provide legal or tax advice in marketing (unless licensed), use testimonials without written consent, or make income claims without the "results may vary" disclaimer.
Prevention: Attorney review catches structural deficiencies. State-specific compliance ensures formalities are met. AI validation checks for internal consistency. Trust funding guidance reduces unfunded trust risk.
If a challenge occurs: DynastyOS maintains records of every document, every attorney review certification, and every client intake. The supervising attorney can provide an affidavit attesting to their review.
Liability: If the challenge arises from a DynastyOS document defect or attorney review error, liability rests with DynastyOS and the supervising attorney — not the partner. Partners are indemnified per the Partner Agreement.
Technology & Platform
Yes. Every document. No exceptions. DynastyOS maintains a network of licensed estate planning attorneys across all 50 states. Each attorney has a minimum of 5 years of estate planning experience, carries professional liability insurance ($2M per occurrence / $5M aggregate), and is subject to quarterly quality audits.
The attorney review includes five checks: (1) Legal sufficiency, (2) State compliance with jurisdiction-specific provisions, (3) Client-specific accuracy, (4) Execution requirement verification, and (5) Funding guidance review. This is the same level of scrutiny a private attorney would apply to documents prepared by a junior associate.
The DynastyOS document quality pipeline has four layers:
- Layer 1 — AI Generation (Automated): State-specific templates, client intake data, attorney-drafted provision library.
- Layer 2 — Automated Compliance Check: Scans for missing provisions, internal inconsistencies, asset-trust mismatches, and execution errors.
- Layer 3 — Attorney Review (Human): Licensed attorney in the client's state reviews and certifies the complete document package.
- Layer 4 — Client Acceptance Review (Human): Client receives the complete package with a plain-language summary before execution.
Quality metrics: 95%+ first-pass attorney approval rate, under 10% client revision requests, under 2% post-delivery corrections, 0% court challenge rate target.
Professional Tier ($599/mo): Co-branded client portal (your logo + DynastyOS), customizable emails with your branding, your business name on the intake questionnaire, personalized URL (yourbrand.dynastyos.ai).
Enterprise Tier ($999/mo): Fully branded portal (your brand only, no DynastyOS visible), custom domain (trusts.yourbrand.com), branded document cover pages, custom email domain, branded mobile experience, and API access for CRM integration.

DynastyOS is built on the Xavier Security Architecture (XSA), an institutional-grade security framework. Key controls include: JWT ES256 token-based authentication with MFA, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, tamper-evident hash chain audit logging, US-based SOC 2 Type II certified data centers, and annual third-party penetration testing.
Privacy compliance: CCPA compliant, GDPR compliant where applicable, SOC 2 Type II in progress (target Q2 2026), state privacy laws (CO, CT, VA, UT) compliant. Client data is never sold or shared with third parties. Partners can only access data for their own clients.
