Partner Compliance Framework
Compliance Built In, Not Bolted On
50-state coverage. Attorney supervision on every document. Clear liability boundaries. DynastyOS handles the regulatory complexity so you can focus on serving your clients.
How DynastyOS Keeps Partners Compliant
The most common question prospective partners ask: "What is my legal exposure?" The short answer: minimal, when you follow our framework. Here is why.
Attorney Supervision on Every Document
DynastyOS is not a DIY document generator. Every trust document passes through a structured attorney supervision pipeline: AI generation, automated compliance checks, licensed attorney review and certification, then delivery. You never draft, modify, or certify legal documents.
Clear Liability Boundaries
Liability is allocated to the party best equipped to manage it. DynastyOS is liable for platform accuracy and AI document quality. Supervising attorneys are liable for legal sufficiency. You are responsible only for accurate intake facilitation and required disclosures.
State-Specific Compliance Built In
Every state has different rules for trust document preparation. DynastyOS classifies all 50 states into three regulatory categories and automatically adjusts your permitted activities, required disclosures, and attorney supervision requirements based on your state.
Mutual Indemnification
DynastyOS indemnifies you against claims arising from platform defects, attorney review errors, and DynastyOS-produced marketing materials. You are protected when you follow the compliance framework. This is spelled out in the Partner Agreement.
Key Compliance Areas
Four pillars protect you and your clients across every engagement.
UPL (Unauthorized Practice of Law) Boundaries
Partners facilitate the intake process and explain how DynastyOS works. You never draft documents, interpret legal terms, or provide legal advice. The platform ensures you operate within your professional scope at all times. Clear guardrails, clear boundaries.
Disclosure Requirements
DynastyOS provides ready-to-use disclaimer templates for marketing materials, client communications, verbal interactions, and social media. Each template is pre-approved and tailored to your professional type: financial advisor, insurance professional, attorney, or CPA.
State-Specific Regulations
Every state falls into one of three categories: Permissive (15 states), Supervised (20 states), or Restrictive (15 states). Your onboarding includes a state-specific compliance guide detailing exactly what you can and cannot do. Classifications are updated quarterly.
Insurance Requirements
Partners maintain E&O insurance with minimum $1M/$2M limits. DynastyOS carries $5M E&O, $3M cyber liability, and $5M professional liability. Supervising attorneys carry $2M/$5M malpractice coverage. Multiple layers of protection for every engagement.

50-State Compliance: Three Categories
Every state has different rules. DynastyOS classifies them so you know exactly where you stand.
Permissive States
Non-attorney document preparation permitted with proper disclosure. Partners may facilitate intake, explain the process, and deliver documents.
15 States Including:
Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, Alaska
Supervised States
Attorney supervision required for trust documents. DynastyOS assigns a state-barred supervising attorney to every engagement automatically.
20 States Including:
Georgia, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, and more
Restrictive States
Strict UPL enforcement. Partners are limited to referral activity only. All substantive client interaction handled by the DynastyOS attorney network.
15 States Including:
New York, Illinois, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Indiana, Nebraska, Delaware, Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, and more
State classifications are reviewed and updated quarterly. When in doubt, DynastyOS defaults to the more protective standard.
Compliance Training & Certification
Every partner completes compliance training before their first client engagement. It takes approximately 2 hours and covers everything you need to know.
7 Training Modules
Platform overview, your role as a partner, state compliance, liability and insurance, client intake, disclaimers and disclosures, and a final assessment.
80% Pass Threshold
A 25-question compliance assessment ensures you understand your responsibilities. You must score 80% or higher before facilitating your first engagement.
Annual Refresher
A 45-minute annual compliance refresher keeps you current on regulatory changes, updated state classifications, and new compliance requirements. Required for all partners.
Ongoing Compliance Monitoring
Compliance is not a one-time event. DynastyOS maintains it year-round through a structured compliance calendar.
Quarterly
State Matrix Updates
State classifications reviewed and updated. Partners notified of any changes affecting their jurisdiction.
Quarterly
Attorney Network Audits
Supervising attorneys are subject to quality audits verifying license status, insurance, and review standards.
Annual
Marketing Materials Audit
Random sampling of partner marketing materials ensures disclaimers and approved language are in use.
Annual
License & Insurance Verification
Partner professional licenses and E&O insurance verified. Lapsed coverage results in immediate suspension.
